Carrie Van Meter

Carrie Van Meter is the founder and CEO of All Access Accounting, bringing 28 years of high-level financial experience as a Chief Financial Officer across industries including robotics, fuel, oil, construction, and operations. After decades of leading companies to stability and growth, Carrie recognized a gap in how financial information was being translated to business owners and their teams.

She built All Access Accounting to bridge that gap—offering professional, personalized accounting, payroll, training, and fractional CFO services that empower businesses to understand their numbers, make confident decisions, and scale with purpose. Her leadership has earned multiple awards including CEO of the Year – Tax Strategist, Accounting CEO of the Year 2025, and numerous Best Accounting Firm recognitions.
